The Situation 'Jersey Shore' Spinoff: Would You Watch It?

Attention-loving reality star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is about to get what he's no doubt always wanted: a camera crew all to himself. The Situation is the latest member of the Jersey Shore cast to be awarded his own spinoff. Sorrentino's as-yet-untitled show will join the 2012 MTV lineup alongside Pauly D's show (which follows his DJ career) and Snooki and JWOWW's show (which will chronicle the roommates' lives during the non-summer months).

But what will the show be about? At the moment, MTV isn't divulging any details of The Situation's new project. In case they're still trying to figure it out, here are some spinoff ideas to get the ball rolling...

ABstinence! -- A series-length version of Sorrentino's famous abstinence ad, costarring Bristol Palin. Mike and Bristol play unlikely roommates trying to make it in the big city. It's The Odd Couple for a new generation!

T-Shirt Time -- A makeover show, in which The Situation teaches ordinary guys how to dress, talk and work out like him. Then we follow the guys as they go to a bar, try to pick up girls, and fail miserably.

Now THAT's a situation! -- A Punk'd-style prank show, in which every joke ends with Mike popping out from behind a bush and saying his trademark catch phrase.

Ab-Fab: The Adventures of Mike's Midsection -- The Situation's famous stomach would take center stage in this drama, about six abdominal muscles trying to deal with the pressures of their newfound fame. (The abs would be played in voiceover by Sorrentino doing different accents.)

Says Sorrentino of his mysterious new show: "I'm excited to continue my relationship with MTV, which has been home for me for the last couple of years. I'm really grateful for all the support from my fans. Hopefully, there will be plenty more situations in the future."
